


Naturally Diesel: Full Body Workout covers my entire workout regimen and was shot 2-4 weeks before the 2002 NPC Nationals. The video details each of my muscle groups with the exception of legs (legs are touched on briefly). It shows the level of intensity I train at pre-contest. Includes basic pre-contest tips on diet, supplements, and tanning. It also includes footage from previous years showing my natural progression from a bantamweight, to a lightweight, and to a middleweight.
